Well, it sure was "acceptable" when Sony sold us all those FAULTY PS2's with their crappy disc drives... & they didnt extend the warranty or do sh!t about it either...
I've had RROD once & had it replaced by M$ for FREE.
I went through THREE PS2's & Sony didn't do sh!t for me.
But i don't think it's acceptable now or then, difference is at least Microsoft extended the warranty to help whereas Sony didn't do sh!t about their fa...
Well, REALITY is harsh. The N4G kiddies live in a fantasy land where Socom is a good game & Killzone 2 is perfect. I've had both consoles since their respective launch, I love Uncharted & MGS4 btw, but they dont have MP or any replayability whatsoever. The biais on this website gets old & so does the FUD.
Some of you Sony kiddies should go play Gears & Halo's MP for a weekend & see how much FUN it is & you'll see how crappy Resistance & KZ2 really ar...

Tell me, what Sony exclusive is longer than Mass Effect, if dvd is so limited, or why 4+ years + MegaDollars (more money than it took to produce Gears 1 AND 2...) is thrown at KZ2 on BluRay + teh Cell = a 9 hour non co-op game... ???
Not to mention, 360 multiplat development time & cost isnt as bad as PS3's either...

The old smoke grenades were fun, the new ones completely suck.
Still Lags far worse than the first game. Its like the arcade expansion to a once great MP game. The only reason i still play is for Horde mostly, its amazingly so fun to play with friends. But MP Matchmaking is still glitchy & laggy for me.
Wish they hadnt made any changes to the still phenominal gameplay experience that is Gears 1...
I agree about the MP, but i dont think the game sux.
